About the Rockport-Fulton Education Foundation
The Rockport-Fulton Education Foundation partners with community support to provide grants, scholarships, resources, and opportunities that help Rockport-Fulton ISD students succeed academically, professionally, and personally.
The Rockport-Fulton Education Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the students, teachers, and programs of Rockport-Fulton ISD. Through the generosity of donors, businesses, volunteers, and community partners, the Foundation helps fund opportunities that go beyond the regular school budget and directly impact classrooms, campuses, and students across the district.

Our vision is that every student will be prepared for life after high school, whether the choice is to attend college, to enter the workforce, or to obtain technical training.
Why It Matters
Strong schools help build strong communities. Many of the opportunities that shape a student’s future happen beyond the regular school budget — through classroom innovation, mentoring relationships, scholarships, enrichment programs, and support services that meet real student needs. RFEF helps bridge that gap by connecting community generosity with meaningful opportunities for RFISD students and teachers.
Our Story
For more than 25 years, the Rockport-Fulton Education Foundation has worked alongside community members, educators, district leaders, and local partners to support Rockport-Fulton ISD. What began as a commitment to invest in education has grown into a foundation that helps fund teacher grants, scholarships, student support programs, mentoring, enrichment opportunities, and district-wide initiatives.
As the needs of students and schools continue to grow, RFEF remains committed to strengthening the connection between our community and our classrooms.
