The Rockport-Fulton Education Foundation is proud to offer scholarships that help Rockport-Fulton ISD students take the next step toward college, technical training, and future career opportunities.
Three Scholarships. One Mission.
RFEF offers three scholarship opportunities to support RFISD seniors as they prepare for life after high school. Each scholarship is designed to help students continue their education, pursue their goals, and build a strong future.

Margaret Sue Rust Scholarship
The Rust Scholarship supports students pursuing a degree in a STEM field.
Award amount:
$10,000 per year for up to 4 years
This scholarship is intended for students who plan to major in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics and are committed to building a future in one of these in-demand fields.

Martha L. Luigi Choral & Theater Scholarship
The Martha L. Luigi Scholarship supports students continuing their education after high school in choral or theater.
Award amount: $1,250 per semester for up to 8 semesters, for a total of up to $10,000.

Technical Trades Scholarship
The Technical Trades Scholarship supports students pursuing career training in a technical or trade field.
Award amount: $1,000
This scholarship is intended for students who plan to attend a technical school, trade program, or career training program that prepares them for a skilled career.
Application Information
Scholarship applications will open in December.
Students and families are encouraged to check back for application details, eligibility requirements, deadlines, and submission instructions. Additional information will be posted when the application period opens.
